Standard install does not include networking of more than one computer, pole
mounting or trenching.
Wireless Broadband
Currently we have 3 towers up in the Salem area, and another in the Lenox
area. Wireless access requires a
line of site to one of those towers. Currently if you live within a 10 mile
radius of Salem, Wireless is a possibility for you. See Wireless FAQ's for more
answers to your questions.

Installation:
Basic Installation includes up to 3 hours of labor for the installation.
Additional installation time will be billed at $45 per hour.
**Standard Mounting Equipment for a Basic Installation
Standard Mounting Equipment includes a 3 Ft. Tri-pod, a 10Ft. Mast and up to 100
Ft of Cable ran through an exterior wall.
Because of location and
elevation, some installations will require alternative mounting equipment. For
that reason we have the following package options
30 Ft.
Mast Package- $99.00 + Installation
This package includes a 30Ft. telescoping mast, Guying wire and all the
necessary mounting hardware. With this package there is no Standard Mounting
equipment charge.
50 Ft.
Mast Package- $199 + Installation
This package includes a 50 Ft. telescoping mast, Guying wire and all the
necessary mounting hardware. With this package there is no Standard Mounting
equipment charge
